Lance Rosen was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 6, 1966. He graduated from Lower Moreland High School in 1984. He thereafter attended and graduated from the University of Delaware in 1988 with a Bachelors of Science in Economics. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from The Widener University School of Law. In law school Mr. Rosen was the vice president of the Moot Court Honor Society.

Mr. Rosen is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Over the years, Mr. Rosen has handled major civil litigation in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties as well as in the State of New Jersey. His practice areas include civil litigation, workers compensation, personal injury, social security, long term disability and legal malpractice. Mr. Rosen is a member of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Moss has handled major civil litigation mostly in Philadelphia and its surrounding counties as well as in the state of New Jersey. Mr. Moss has also worked with clients all over the country and even internationally. Mr. Moss’ practice areas include civil litigation, negligence/personal injury, long/short term disability (ERISA and Private Policies), social security, corporate representation, and commercial litigation. Daniel Moss was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1971. He graduated from the University of Maryland in 1993 as a distinguished Dean’s Honor List Graduate and worked for a United States Senator on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.

He received his Juris Doctorate in 1996 from The Temple University School of Law graduating with honors. While at Temple Law, Mr. Moss was selected as Senator of his entire law school class by his fellow law school classmates. Mr. Moss is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey where he has compassionately advocated for countless clients for decades.

He has often sat as the lead Arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas where he has decided and ruled on numerous cases. Known by many as a strong community leader and extremely charitable man, Mr. Moss has received professional recognition for his attorney volunteer service for the disabled. He was a recipient of the Outstanding Volunteer Attorney Award from CBAP, working for free with disabled individuals and was subsequently elected to the Board of Directors of CBAP due to his work.

He continues to volunteer as an Attorney and Mentor providing free legal services to indigent, disabled clients. Mr. Moss has also volunteered his time for The Big Brother Big Sister Association of Philadelphia (serving as a Mentor to a young child), The Upper Dublin Community Study Program (annually giving a local high school student the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge to real life situations at the workplace) and has been an extremely active community volunteer for various local and regional sports programs (Penn Alliance Select Soccer {President, Founder, & Professionally Licensed Coach}, Upper Dublin Soccer Club {Vice President, Board Member, Director & Professionally Licensed Coach} and The Upper Dublin Junior Athletic Association (Coach).

While under Mr. Moss’ strong leadership, UDSC was the winner of the 2016 Upper Dublin Medal for excellence as a non-profit organization. This Medal is historically recognized as the most prestigious of all area community involvement recognition programs. Mr. Moss also head coached two separate soccer teams to gold medals for the Mid-Atlantic Regional Games (2013 Girls & 2014 Boys).

Further, he is a long-standing member of the Tau Epsilon Rho Legal Fraternity, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. Marc Snyder is a partner with the law firm of Rosen Moss Snyder LLP, and manages the firm’s disability practice. Mr. Snyder works together with an experienced staff dedicated and focused on assisting disabled clients through all stages of the disability claims practices. Prior to entering the field of disability law, Mr. Snyder received a BS degree from the Pennsylvania State University in 1983, in Quantitative Business Analysis and worked for over 10 years, in actuarial management for a prominent life/health insurance company. Mr. Snyder received his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law in 1997. Mr. Snyder is licensed to practice law in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court for the District of Delaware, the United States District Courts for the Eastern District, Middle District and Western District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Snyder has also authored chapters on ERISA litigation in books published by The Pennsylvania Bar Institute entitled “Employment Law in Pennsylvania.” (2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018).

Chris Harris is an attorney at RMS LAW. Mr. Harris primarily handles Social Security Disability, Short Term Disability, ERISA and Private Long-Term Disability claims throughout all stages of the disability claims process. This includes fighting for clients during the initial benefit claims process, the appeals process, as well as the full-scale litigation process. Mr. Harris is dedicated to the passionate and zealous advocacy on behalf of the disabled and/or injured person.

Prior to joining RMS, Mr. Harris practiced law for several years in the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office as a litigator. Mr. Harris garnered experience as a vigorous and successful litigator and negotiator. Mr. Harris successfully negotiated favorable settlements for millions of dollars in this role. After leaving the Attorney General’s Office, Mr. Harris worked as an attorney for one of the top accounting firms in the world. In that position, Mr. Harris gained valuable experience anticipating and meeting his clients’ needs and helping clients navigate a complex and unfamiliar legal landscape to achieve favorable results.

While originally a native of Buffalo, NY, Mr. Harris has made Philadelphia his home. He received a BA degree in Psychology from S.U.N.Y Geneseo in 2016. Mr. Harris then received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2018 where he was an Editor for the Pittsburgh Tax Review. Mr. Harris was also proudly active in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic where he assisted individuals, unable to speak for themselves, in defending against assesments and audits.
